1. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Time & Charges

Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping is free for orders above ₹499.
A nominal fee may apply for orders below ₹499 or for remote delivery locations.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking link to monitor your package in real time.

4. Delays in Delivery

While we work with trusted courier partners, unforeseen factors such as weather, festivals, strikes, or courier delays may impact delivery timelines.
We appreciate your patience and understanding in such rare situations.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the damage.
If your package is lost in transit, we’ll work with our courier partner to resolve the issue or provide a replacement/refund as applicable.
